RockHard 4x4 is a manufacturing company in St. Paul, NE. We manufacture off road accessories for predominantly Jeep parts. (bumpers, skid plates, sport cages, rockers...) This position is for an Aluminum welder. The ideal candidate is someone who is very detail oriented and takes pride in his/her work. This position is required to fit up parts from the laser/press in jigs/fixtures. The majority of the material being welded is a 5052 H32 1/4". We do 1/8" and 3/16" as well. Our Aluminum welders are Millermatic 350P using 3/64" wire with a push/pull gun. Experience with these machines would be very beneficial. we use 7" grinders to grind/shape body lines in our bumpers before going to powdercoat. our normal hrs of operation are 6:30AM-3:00PM Mon-Friday. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a normal bases. willing to train the right candidate.
