Network Administrator
To serve as technical lead for Desktop Support Agents and Specialists. Interact with staff to identify and resolve higher level technical issues. Communicate technical issues and concerns to the IT Director. Coordinate with the IT Director in regard to network infrastructure updates, upgrades, migrations, capacity management and planning. Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols. Manage and implement Google integrated with Active Directory. Communicate with nontechnical staff on technical issues in a manner they can understand.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in financial or information systems areas of study or equivalent experience.
2. A+, Net+, Google Education Cert, MCIT/MCS/MSCE or equivalent work experience knowledge required.
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience working with servers, security and network infrastructure.
4. Competent in Active Directory with Google integration.
5. Experience using a VM environment with server cluster.
6. Advanced proficiency with Sentinel (or equivalent) Endpoint Protection.
7. Advanced knowledge of Adobe products, Win10+, Win Server 2012+
8. Organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills; attention to detail is critical.
9. Ability to work with a variety of constituencies.
Minimum 2 years’ experience utilizing network administration. Competent in Active Directory and Google Admin environment. A+, Net+, Google Education Cert, MCIT/MCS/MSCE or equivalent work experience knowledge required. Advanced Proficiency with Google Platform and integration, Windows 10/11, 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 Standard and Enterprise Edition and Backup software, Sentinel End Point, Office 20xx, Adobe Product Suites, VMware ESX, ESXi, VSphere, 3Com and HP Switch OS, Edge, Smart Notebook
