Job Description
As a Nurse Injector, you will combine medical expertise with aesthetic training to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality cosmetic treatments. You’ll work directly with clients to assess needs, recommend treatments, and perform procedures that enhance natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic procedures including but not limited to: Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed patient records, consent forms, and pre/post-treatment documentation.
- Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness standards are followed.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and help grow the practice through education and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
- Certification or training in aesthetic procedures (neurotoxins, fillers, laser, etc.).
- Minimum of [1–3+] years of experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EMR systems and aesthetic photography.
- Sales experience or ability to recommend treatments and products confidently.
- CPR/BLS certification.
