Landscape Laborer, General Field
CPR Services LLC. is hiring dependable Landscape Laborers for work in the Salt Lake area.
Pay: $16–$23 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, and demonstrated skill.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Benefits: CPR Services does not currently offer benefits or PTO.
Start date: As soon as possible.
You will work with our crews on landscape construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on outdoor job for someone who is willing to learn, works safely, follows direction, and takes pride in leaving a jobsite clean.
Job Responsibilities
- Help with planting, soil, rock, mulch, cleanup, mowing, trimming, and other landscape work.
- Load, unload, carry, and organize tools and materials.
- Follow the Crew Lead’s daily plan and ask questions when something is unclear.
- Protect customer property and keep work areas safe and organized.
- Use tools and equipment as trained.
- Report hazards, damage, injuries, equipment problems, and customer concerns right away.
Expectations
- Arrive on time and ready to work.
- Work safely and steadily.
- Follow direction and respond well to coaching.
- Take care of tools, materials, equipment, and customer property.
- Help the crew finish with a clean, professional site.
Qualifications
- Dependability and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working outdoors and doing physical work in Utah weather.
- Respectful teamwork and good communication.
- Landscape, construction, maintenance, or outdoor experience is helpful but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned work location.
Working Interview
No paid working interview is planned for this role. The hiring process will focus on the application, initial conversation, and interview.
