Position Overview:
The Vision Companies is seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Network Development Partner to support the continued growth of a leading restoration organization throughout Minnesota. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities, and spending time in the field meeting with clients and referral partners.
As a Network Development Partner, you will play a key role in expanding market presence, generating new opportunities, and strengthening relationships throughout the Minnesota territory. This is a highly visible position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people during challenging times.
The ideal candidate enjoys networking, prospecting, and building long-term partnerships while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and community contacts
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities
- Represent restoration services professionally throughout the Minnesota territory
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market presence and generate new referrals
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective and existing partners
- Foster long-term relationships that support business growth and customer satisfaction
Territory Growth
- Travel throughout Minnesota to develop and strengthen professional relationships
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking activities
- Prospect for new business opportunities through face-to-face outreach and community engagement
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, contacts, and follow-up efforts
Customer & Partner Support
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients and referral partners
- Provide timely communication and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed
- Maintain a professional, positive, and solutions-oriented approach at all times
Qualifications:
Required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel and daily face-to-face networking
- Positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to achieve goals
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Preferred
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, recruiting, or other relationship-based roles
- Previous territory management experience
- Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries
- Hospitality, rental car, internship, or client-facing experience
- Proven ability to generate leads and develop business relationships
Working Conditions:
- Primarily field-based position with extensive travel throughout Minnesota
- Frequent client visits, networking events, and partner meetings
- Independent work environment requiring self-direction and initiative
- Flexible schedule based on business development activities
- Company vehicle provided upon hire with client company
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to drive for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory

- Ability to carry marketing materials and presentation supplies as needed
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
