The AT&T Sales Agent works directly with customers to help them explore AT&T products and services, answer questions, and create a positive customer experience. The AT&T Sales Agent helps customers feel confident in the services they choose while ensuring their needs are handled professionally and efficiently.
As an AT&T Sales Agent, you’ll receive hands-on training in AT&T products, customer support, and account assistance. The AT&T Sales Agent will work with customers in person, help explain available service options, and assist with account updates and new enrollments in a friendly, straightforward way.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Agent
- Represent AT&T professionally while assisting customers with products, services, and account options.
- Help customers understand available smartphone, internet, and wireless plans in a simple and approachable way.
- Support customers with new enrollments, account setup, and basic service questions.
- Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions and attentive service.
- Maintain accurate customer information and complete enrollment paperwork properly.
- Work closely with team members and participate in daily meetings and ongoing training.
- Stay informed on current AT&T promotions, products, and service offerings.
Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Agent
- Previous experience with cell phone sales is required.
- Goal-oriented and a mindset to grow.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
Pay: $45,635.29 - $54,958.63 per year
