Line Cook
Boston Cigar Club & Tangierino Lounge – Charlestown, MA
Pay: $19–$24 per hour
Schedule: 25–40 hours per week
Boston Cigar Club & Tangierino Lounge is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Cook with food preparation and ensure every dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Cook with food preparation and cooking
- Prepare and plate menu items to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Wash dishes, sanitize workstations, and restock ingredients as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Experience is required. We value a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and evening availability is required.
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
