Overview
The Front Desk Host position is responsible for taking reservations, checking in guests and serving as a concierge for guests during their stay making them feel welcome and comfortable. Starting pay is $16-18/hour, plus the opportunity for a performance bonus. Hiring full and part time. Seasonal employment now through the end of October. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Check in and Check out Guests
- Process charges for rooms and resort items
- Communicate effectively with other departments at the resort
- Office organization
- Using an office computerized system
- Following through on tasks requiring detail and accuracy
- Working cooperatively with all other team members
- Seasonal position: May - October
- Pay: $16.00-$18.00/ hour, based on experience, plus opportunity for bonus
