Job Summary
MTA Information Technology is seeking an experienced Hexagon Support Lead / Sr. Hexagon Configuration Specialist with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in HxGN (Infor) EAM configuration, implementation, and integration. The consultant will support the rollout of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program by configuring the HxGN EAM platform, developing integrations, supporting testing, and collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver enterprise asset management solutions.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience (Required).
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Infor/Hexagon (HxGN) EAM v11.x.
- Strong experience with HxGN EAM Core and Mobile configuration.
- Experience developing FlexSQL and Extensibility Framework solutions.
- Expertise integrating HxGN EAM using Infor ION and Web Services.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide EAM implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the Railroad or Transit industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize HxGN EAM (Core & Mobile) based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain FlexSQL, Extensibility Framework, and custom configurations.
- Build and support integrations using Infor ION, APIs, and Web Services.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and resolve defects promptly.
- Support production deployments, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.
- Create technical design documents, configuration guides, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and system administration activities.
