We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented AM Baker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, working with their hands, and being part of a fast-paced bakery environment.
Schedule:
- Tues-Sat OR Wed-Sun 4am-12:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Bake-off and finishing of daily pastries and breads
- Shaping and rolling salt bread
- Production work (choux, pastry cream, batters, creams, dough, etc)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including dishwashing, sanitizing, and trash removal
- Properly store ingredients and finished products
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Ideally 1+ year of professional baking or pastry experience
- Culinary students or individuals without professional experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong passion, work ethic, and attention to detail (we are selective)
- Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to multitask
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt quickly
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid Food Handler’s Certification
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
