Healthcare Sales Representative / Enrollment Representative
Location: Thornton, Lakewood, and Denver territories
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

We're looking for a Healthcare Sales & Enrollment Representative who thrives in a consultative, field-based sales environment. This is not a cold-calling position—you'll work with qualified internal referral leads, meet with patients and their families in their homes, and guide them through the enrollment process into a life-changing healthcare program.
This is a relationship-driven sales role where trust, education, and follow-through are key. The average enrollment journey is approximately 90 days, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful connections while helping seniors access the care they deserve.
What You'll Do
- Meet with qualified referral leads in their homes throughout the Albuquerque area.
- Build relationships with seniors, caregivers, and families while educating them on available healthcare services.
- Guide prospective participants through the enrollment process from initial consultation through successful enrollment.
- Coordinate documentation and help applicants navigate Medicaid eligibility and application requirements (experience with Medicaid applications is a plus).
- Maintain accurate prospect information within a CRM.
- Partner with internal clinical, operations, eligibility, and financial teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, and other referral partners.
- Consistently move opportunities through the sales pipeline while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of successful healthcare sales, admissions, intake, or enrollment experience.
- Experience closing sales in healthcare, insurance, managed care, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, post-acute care, home health, hospice, PACE, or senior services.
- Experience working with both:
- Professional referral sources (hospitals, providers, senior living communities, case managers, etc.)
- Individual patients and families.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similiar
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare sales experience.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
