Description:
The Cheese & Deli Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional retail Customer Service while supporting the daily operations of the Cheese & Deli department at Plum Market. This includes slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising a variety of cheeses, deli meats, and prepared items. Team Members help ensure that products are fresh, well-presented, and rotated properly. They also support receiving, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Provide helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable service to Customers in the Cheese & Deli department.
Prepare and package cheese and deli products accurately and efficiently.
Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize shrink.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming merchandise.
Maintain clean and organized workspaces, displays, and service counters.
Build engaging and seasonal displays to promote products and support department goals.
Communicate effectively with Customers, Team Members, and Leadership.
Uphold all Plum Market policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
