Position: LPN Charge Nurse
Location: Kearny, NJ
Shift: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $45 - $50 per hour
Belgrove Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN Charge Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a compassionate leader committed to delivering high-quality care while supporting residents, families, and staff.
Manage all open wounds, including cleaning, dressing changes, and proper documentation
Complete admission assessments and all required paperwork accurately and timely
Provide education, guidance, and support to residents and their families
Monitor residents’ conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Enforce infection control policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with facility standards, policies, and quality care protocols
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical and wound care skills
Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
Compassionate bedside manner with leadership capabilities
