JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience in automotive, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, fiberglass, composites, or similar manufacturing environments is highly preferred
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Floor Oriented
- 5-7 years of manufacturing / process engineering experience
- Ability to read prints
- Proven record of continuous improvement
- Fiberglass experience is a plus
- Automotive / Agricultural experience is preferred
- Floor communication skill is a must....Shop talk...working with assembly workers
- IE work is secondary, but accepted
- Demonstrated focus on safety
- Absolute ability to work within a cross functional team
- Ability to work autonomously when needed Tool design experience is preferred
- Basic metrology; calipers, straight edge, measuring tape.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS –
Shopfloor Experience is mandatory - Knowledge on IE& CI - Tooling knowledge is prefferable
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
