We're hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Representative to join Wrangler Homes — a fast-moving acquisitions operation run by one of the most experienced operators in the wholesale real estate space.

This is a sales position. You will be on the phone daily, working leads, building rapport with sellers, and locking up contracts. If you're not comfortable being measured by your numbers, this isn't for you.

- Have a background in sales (real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement)

Compensation : Compensation- W2 Base salary + Commission + Bonus
Commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Top performers earn well. Average performers don't last.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand real estate needs, explain services, and answer questions clearly and promptly.
- communicate compelling value propositions to potential buyers or sellers.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate contracts, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
- Manage lead generation, maintain accurate records, and coordinate administrative tasks to support deal flow.
- Close deals with professionalism, providing ongoing support and follow-up to secure client satisfaction and referrals.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
