Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Support banking or financial service transactions, including loan processing and account inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of retail products, financial software, and basic math to ensure precise transactions
- Manage cash register operations with attention to detail, including 10 key typing and retail math calculations
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and inviting
Requirements
- Prior experience in AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS AND SERVICES ARE REQUIRED; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and performing retail math calculations
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately and efficiently for transaction processing
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain confidentiality of financial information
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to support team goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Pay: $15.00 per hour
