We're looking for dependable Facilities Porters to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout The Brook. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring guests and team members enjoy a first-class experience by keeping our casino, public spaces, and facilities looking their best.

What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the casino, dining areas, offices, restrooms, and public spaces
- Vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain floors and surfaces
- Remove trash, debris, glasses, and other clutter to keep areas guest-ready
- Stock and organize restrooms, supply closets, and cleaning stations
- Respond quickly to spills, cleaning requests, and facility needs
- Assist with outdoor upkeep, including entrances, sidewalks, and seasonal snow or ice removal
- Support a safe environment by identifying hazards and reporting concerns promptly
- Deliver friendly, professional service when assisting guests and team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous custodial, porter, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work
- Flexible availability, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
