Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in all stages of litigation, from case inception to settlement. Remote position with all equipment provided by the Firm. Bilingual is required, English/Spanish. This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the legal process surrounding personal injury cases
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
Pay
- Pay: Salary commensurate with experience
- 1099 employee position
Responsibilities
- Type: Full-Time (8 hours per day)
- Remote work although coming into the office will be required on certain occasions
- Entering data from medical records, court documents, and other sources into our database
- Working with clients to gather all necessary documents and information for their case
