Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven, compassionate client-facing leader who wants to personally grow the center. This role combines consultative sales, client coaching, relationship-building, and day-to-day center leadership.
As our Wellness Center Lead, you’ll work directly with prospective and existing clients, helping women understand how our natural hormone balancing and weight loss programs may help them achieve their goals. You’ll lead consultations, enroll new clients, coach and support clients throughout their programs, and build the relationships that lead to long-term success, retention, and referrals.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll take ownership of the center’s performance and client experience while working alongside a small, supportive team. Success in this position comes from being proactive, relationship-driven, organized, and motivated by both helping people and achieving results.
If you thrive in sales through service, enjoy helping people make confident decisions about their wellness, and want the opportunity to lead while remaining highly involved with clients, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Client Enrollments: Lead prospective client consultations, understand each client’s goals and concerns, recommend appropriate solutions, confidently answer questions, and enroll new clients using a consultative sales approach.
- Coach & Support Clients: Provide education, encouragement, and accountability as clients work toward their goals. Coach clients on natural hormone balance, weight loss, gut health, stress reduction, and healthy lifestyle habits within our proven, established programs and protocols.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Create a welcoming, supportive experience that builds trust and encourages client engagement, retention, referrals, and long-term relationships with the center.
- Own Center Growth & Performance: Take personal ownership of enrollment, client engagement, retention, referrals, and center performance goals. Consistently follow up with prospective, current, and past clients to identify opportunities to help them reach their wellness goals.
- Provide Day-to-Day Center Leadership: Serve as the on-site leader for a small team, communicate priorities, help solve problems, support team members, and ensure the center operates smoothly and professionally.
- Maintain Program Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our programs and approach to natural hormone balance, weight loss, gut health, stress management, and overall wellness through company-provided training and ongoing education.
- Stay Organized & Follow Through: Maintain accurate client records, schedules, follow-up activities, and communications. Ensure important details and client needs do not fall through the cracks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership. You see what needs to be done, follow through, and are motivated by seeing both your clients and your center succeed.
You are comfortable having conversations about cost and commitment, asking for the sale, following up with someone who hasn't made a decision, and working toward measurable goals. At the same time, you understand that the best consultative sales relationships are built through listening, trust, education, and genuinely helping people.
You also enjoy coaching and building relationships. You can encourage someone when they're struggling, celebrate their progress, hold them accountable, and help them stay focused on their goals.
Most importantly, you want to lead from within the business—working directly with clients and contributing personally to the center's success.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in consultative sales, preferably in wellness, healthcare, fitness, aesthetics, weight loss, or another relationship-driven industry.
- Strong ability to build rapport, listen, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Experience coaching, educating, or guiding clients toward personal or wellness goals preferred.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for both client success and achieving sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Leadership or team-support experience is a plus.
- Interest in natural health, wellness, and helping women improve how they feel is strongly preferred.
What We Offer
