Position Overview
We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team in Chicago, IL 60609.
This role is responsible for daily warehouse management, inventory data maintenance, order shipping coordination, and inbound/outbound warehouse operations. The position plays an important role in supporting smooth supply chain operations for darkflash’s U.S. market.
During slower warehouse periods, this role may also assist the business team with basic operational support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory counts, product placement, and warehouse organization
Monitor inventory status and ensure inventory data accuracy
Identify and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
Coordinate order shipments with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Handle order entry, outbound forms, inventory reports, and other daily documentation and data tasks
Coordinate order and inventory information between warehouse, sales, and operations teams
Assist with warehouse-related support for after-sales service, returns, and exchanges
Conduct regular inventory counts, compare system records with physical inventory, and assist with inventory reports
Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper storage standards
When warehouse workload allows, assist business team members with basic support tasks, including but not limited to order information organization, sample preparation, customer information support, and sales support document organization
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or a related role
Familiar with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory counts, and order fulfillment
Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to maintain accurate data entry and inventory records
Able to communicate in English for daily coordination with logistics providers, warehouse contacts, and internal teams
Proficient with computers and common office software, including Word, Excel, and email
Able to independently complete data entry, reporting, and daily documentation tasks
Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
Able to safely move items weighing up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to adapt to business needs such as overtime, inventory counts, urgent shipments, or other warehouse-related work arrangements
Willing to assist business team members with basic support tasks during slower warehouse periods
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of PC hardware products is preferred, including PC cases, coolers, fans, power supplies, peripherals, and related products
Experience using warehouse management systems such as WMS or ERP is preferred
Chinese communication, reading, and writing skills are preferred for daily coordination with headquarters and domestic teams
Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred

Schedule and Compensation
Work Schedule
Fixed work schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Fixed paid work hours: 20 hours per week
This position may require overtime, inventory counts, urgent shipments, or other warehouse-related work arrangements based on business needs. Overtime is not mandatory.
Any overtime or schedule adjustments will be handled according to applicable law and company policy.
Compensation
Pay range: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience, skills, performance, and job fit
This position includes a 60-day introductory period
During the introductory period, the pay rate is $18 per hour
During the introductory period, the company will evaluate attendance, job performance, role fit, work accuracy, and teamwork
After the introductory period, the final hourly rate will be determined based on overall performance and will not be lower than $19 per hour
Payroll is processed biweekly

Paid Leave: Accrues at 1 hour for every 35 hours worked, up to 40 hours per 12-month period, subject to applicable law and company policy
