Are you a seasoned closer ready to take your sales career to the next level in the fast-moving world of finance? Schaeffer’s Investment Research, an award-winning investment publisher, is hiring a Sales Executive to join our high-performance team in Cincinnati.
You’ll work directly with high-net-worth investors and active traders, helping them access our premium research and trading tools, all while maximizing your earnings in a proven, high-reward environment.
Job Overview
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video to uncover needs and recommend solutions
- Explain trading strategies and match customers with the right subscriptions and services
- Build long-term, trust-based client relationships to increase retention and referrals
- Collaborate with leadership by providing product and market feedback
- Stay sharp with ongoing education in market trends, trading concepts, and product knowledge
- Lead by example and help set the pace for team success
Qualifications
- A proven track record in high-performance sales (finance, subscription, B2C, or B2B preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills: persuasive, polished, and confident
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with strong objection-handling skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Curiosity about the stock market, trading, or financial products (options knowledge a plus)
- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment
