The Site Manager, HHS serves as the senior on-site leader accountable for security operations at an assigned Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) facility. This job oversees contract compliance, operational readiness, personnel accountability, incident response coordination, and local Government customer communication. The role provides direction to assigned security personnel and maintains a safe, secure, disciplined, and mission-ready operating environment.

Manage onsite security operations and assigned facility activities to ensure contract requirements, operational readiness, post coverage, and mission execution are maintained. 35%

Supervise assigned security personnel, including Police Officer I and Police Officer 2 resources, to ensure work is performed safely, professionally, and in alignment with site expectations. 20%

Ensure personnel comply with site policies, post orders, procedures, and required notification processes. Conduct and document inspections of personnel, equipment, vehicles, and uniforms at least monthly to support accountability and readiness. 15%

Develop and execute site exercises to test response, knowledge, and supervisory capabilities. Prepare after-action reports for exercises and real-world incidents, including corrective actions and lessons learned. 10%

Identify and report equipment deficiencies to the MST for corrective action, and attend CIFSO range days to provide operational oversight and support when required. 10%

Foster a professional, disciplined work environment by mentoring supervisors and staff, reinforcing standards of conduct, and supporting related duties consistent with the job scope and business needs. 10%

Working knowledge of physical security operations, access control, patrol operations, incident response, emergency management, and security reporting sufficient to manage day-to-day site operations.
- People leadership capability to direct, coach, schedule, and hold security personnel accountable during routine and emergency operations.
- Ability to apply post orders, site policies, contract requirements, and required notification processes to maintain operational compliance.
- Ability to communicate operational status, incidents, corrective actions, and personnel issues to subordinates, Government representatives, and upper management.
- Ability to plan and execute site exercises, after-action reviews, corrective actions, and readiness improvements.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, personnel management processes, and security documentation and report writing.

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

5+ years Progressive experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or critical infrastructure protection, including at least 2 years supervising or managing security, law enforcement, military, or emergency response personnel. Required
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $80,640 -$120,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Pay is determined by the assigned work location and, where applicable, the governing collective bargaining agreement. The posted range reflects differences among locations and agreements; the rate for each assignment is fixed and is not based on seniority or experience
