Description:
Holder is seeking a licensed LCSW or LPC to provide employee mental health services at a construction site in Fort Wayne, IN. The provider will support a workforce of 200-1000 employees over a 6-month period, offering education, counseling, and consultation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mental health education sessions during Tuesday all-hands meetings.
- Provide 1:1 counseling, group counseling, and consultation to employees.
- Maintain documentation in Theranest, including employee engagement rosters and medical notes.
- Comply with Holder’s Crisis Management Plan for emergencies.
Schedule:
- 2 days/week: Tuesday & Thursday (first week: Monday & Tuesday)
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM local time, with 1-hour lunch
Requirements:
- LCSW or LPC license
- Experience in employee mental health or occupational counseling preferred
- Ability to travel to site and work on-site
- Must have laptop or tablet for documentation
Start Date: July 13, 2026
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
