Seeking a Full-Time Certified Dietary Manager to oversee daily dietary and food service operations in a hospital setting.
Schedule: Full-time | Any Shift
3. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Dietary Department operations.
- Supervise, schedule, and support dietary staff.
- Ensure quality and timely meal service.
- Coordinate patient meals and special diets.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food quality, inventory, and supplies.
- Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and clinical teams.
- Support staff training and performance development.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
4. Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager certification/course required.
- 2 years of management experience preferred.
- Nutrition or healthcare food service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
5. Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
6. Certifications
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or approved CDM course required.
7. Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital or healthcare dietary experience.
- Background in nutrition or food service management.
- Experience supervising and developing staff.
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards.
