Responsibilities of an Entry Level Verizon Associate
- Meet with customers to introduce Verizon products, services, and current promotions.
- Assist with account enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account maintenance.
- Recommend wireless solutions based on each customer's needs and answer product-related questions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive, lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing product training, mentorship, and professional development.
Qualifications We Require in an Entry Level Verizon Associate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional setting.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is an asset but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
