Role Overview
As a Golf Experience & Sales Associate, you are the face of The Back Nine. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier hospitality, educating guests on our advanced simulator technology, and actively driving revenue through membership sales. This is a dynamic, interactive position perfect for someone who loves the game of golf and possesses a natural talent for relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
* **Hospitality & Guest Service:** Welcome members and first-time guests, manage simulator reservations, and ensure the facility maintains a clean, premium, and inviting atmosphere.
* **Golf Demonstrations:** Provide hands-on orientations for new players, demonstrating how to properly utilize the launch monitors and software to maximize their indoor golf experience.
* **Membership Sales:** Proactively educate daily guests on the value of our membership tiers, confidently pitch the benefits, and close sales to grow our community base.
* **Customer Support:** Answer inquiries regarding high-performance equipment, simulator data, and facility offerings to ensure players get the most out of every session.
* **Operations:** Assist with point-of-sale transactions, facility opening/closing duties, and basic troubleshooting of simulator bays.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
* A background in or strong passion for the game of golf is strongly preferred.
* Outgoing, personable, and completely comfortable initiating conversations to pitch and sell memberships.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate indoor golf simulator software.
* Reliable and available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the 20-30 hour per week schedule.
Compensation and commissions commensurate with experience level
Pay: From $23.90 per hour
