We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with property management experience who is passionate about resident satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community
- Manage leasing activity, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns professionally
- Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and property operations
- Ensure the community is maintained to company standards
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, collections, and overall property performance
Qualifications:
- Previous property management or community management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends — weekend availability is a non-negotiable requirement
- Professional demeanor and reliable transportation required
