TMB has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Manager to provide support to a U.S. Navy program office.
Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily administrative operations to support government contracting activities.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations related to contract administration.

Coordinate communication between internal departments and external government agencies.

Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation and reports required for contract management and audits.

Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management within the administrative team.

Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure related to administrative functions.
-
Lead training initiatives to ensure staff are knowledgeable about government contracting requirements and best practices.
Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

Candidates with prior experience providing support to a DoD/DON acquisition program office desired.

Bachelor’s degree desired.
-
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
