Creative Learning Academy at Sugar Land is an early learning center for infants through school-aged children. Our mission is to provide an inviting, structured, and stimulating educational experience that promotes every child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Creative Learning Academy is currently seeking an Infant/Toddler Floater Teacher with experience working with infants and toddlers at our Sugar Land location.
Qualified individual must have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a teacher or assistant teacher in a licensed childcare center.
- Experience with child care including potty training, feeding, and giving compassionate care,
- Curriculum implementation experience,
- Classroom management skills,
- The ability to work well with other individuals, including parents, co-workers, and supervisors,
- Excellent communication skills.
This position will be part-time between the hours of 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and the individual MUST BE flexible to work any given hours during the afternoon hours. The child care is in operation Monday through Friday from 6:00 am through 6:30 pm.
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age, and have a HS Diploma or GED equivalent in addition to the experience listed above. The right individuals must be extremely reliable and punctual, be nurturing and energetic, and posses the patience needed to work with young children.
We offer holiday pay after 90-day introductory period is completed satisfactorily.
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
