Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking offers extensive paid training starting with the option of a 3-6 month On-Job training with our builders to learn our products & methods, followed by 1 month of sales specific inside training.
This is a career position with no commission cap and many making over $100,000 in their first year.

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- An aptitude to understand basic fence and deck construction (in depth product and Rick's construction best practices provided)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must project a clean appearance & professional attitude.
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
Job Duties:
- On job training may include assisting on project builds to learn our products and methods
- Achieve sales goals through inside and outside (in-home) sales.
- Set your own on-site appointments, we provide more leads than you need.
- Dedicate yourself to learning our system and products.
