You’ll be the connection between our customers and our technicians, building trust and making the experience smooth from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and set the tone
- Listen, ask questions, and understand the real need
- Explain services and recommendations in plain language
- Recommend solutions that fit the customer and their budget
- Set clear expectations on timing and pricing
- Keep communication strong from start to finish
- Review completed work to ensure confidence and satisfaction
- Build accurate estimates (Fast 5 process)
- Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving
- Order parts and manage timelines
- Keep records clean and organized
Requirements
- Positive, friendly, and confident personality
- Strong communication skills
- Natural sales instincts without being pushy
- Ability to stay organized and follow through
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Coachable, curious, and eager to grow
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive Hourly Base plus Commission
- Full Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and perks
Experience & Requirements:
- Full‑time, up to 40 hours per week (overtime as needed)
- Availability between 7:00am–7:30pm, including some Saturdays (No Sundays!)
- In‑person role
- Must be able to reliably commute to the shop for shifts
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Ability to use basic math, read/write clearly, and operate service software
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
