About the project
We are a Las Vegas mobility-scooter rental company that delivers scooters directly to hotels, residences and vacation rentals.
We are hiring outgoing, dependable individuals for a short-term outreach project. You will visit a provided list of approved Las Vegas hotels and introduce our mobility-scooter referral opportunity to bell staff, concierge employees, valet staff, guest-services representatives and other appropriate hospitality professionals.
This is a temporary, results-based project with flexible scheduling.
Project compensation
You will receive:
- $150 for completing verified outreach at 15 approved hotels
- $10 for each approved and verified hospitality referral partner who signs up
- $50 bonus after enrolling 10 approved referral partners from at least five different hotels
- $50 additional bonus if at least two of your recruited partners generate completed scooter rentals within 30 days
Payments are issued after completed hotel visits and signups have been verified.
Scheduling
You may choose which days and times you complete the project.
All hotel visits must take place between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
We will provide the approved hotel list. You may choose the order in which you visit the properties.
What you will do
- Visit hotels from our approved property list
- Ask to speak with bell, concierge, valet, front-desk or guest-services staff
- Briefly explain our mobility-scooter referral opportunity
- Provide referral cards or help interested staff access the signup page
- Ask whether the hotel permits employees to participate in outside referral programs
- Record the outcome of each hotel visit using a mobile form
- Follow all hotel rules and behave professionally
- Leave the property immediately if requested
The referral opportunity
Approved hospitality referral partners may receive:
- $20 after completing signup and employment verification
- $30 for each referred customer who completes a qualifying mobility-scooter rental
Referral payments are subject to verification, program terms and scooter availability.
What counts as a completed hotel visit
To qualify toward the project payment, each hotel visit must include a genuine conversation with an appropriate hotel employee or manager.
You will submit:
- Hotel name
- GPS-based check-in
- Automatic date and time
- Photo of the public hotel entrance or sign
- Department approached
- First name or position of the person spoken with, when available
- Conversation outcome
- Number of cards provided
- Brief notes about the conversation
You should not photograph individual hotel employees without permission.
Simply entering a hotel, taking a photo or leaving cards without speaking to anyone does not count as a completed visit.
Ideal candidate
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Friendly, professional and confident
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Familiar with Las Vegas hotels and tourist areas
- Able to explain a simple referral opportunity clearly
- Honest and accurate when reporting results
- Previous hospitality, promotions, canvassing, outreach, brand-ambassador or in-person sales experience is helpful
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Smartphone with mobile internet
- Reliable transportation to Las Vegas hotel areas
- Professional appearance
- Ability to complete mobile check-ins and reports
- Availability to conduct outreach between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Must follow all hotel and property rules
Verification rules
Payment will not be issued for:
- Duplicate or fabricated signups
- Self-referrals
- Friends or family posing as hotel employees
- Unverifiable hospitality employment
- Visits outside the approved hotel list
- Visits completed outside the permitted outreach window
- Cards left without a genuine conversation
- False or incomplete visit reports
Initially, no more than three paid referral-partner signups will be accepted from the same hotel unless additional signups are approved in advance.
How to apply
Please briefly describe any experience you have with hospitality, promotions, canvassing, outreach or in-person sales.
Also explain why you would be comfortable approaching hotel professionals and completing a short-term Las Vegas outreach project.
