Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week, with occasional additional hours surrounding events and location openings
Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience

TherAnnu Restorative Spa offers an innovative combination of hands-on therapeutic services and cutting-edge wellness solutions in a restorative, spa-like environment. With locations in Westminster and Odenton and plans for continued franchise growth, we are looking for an energetic and highly organized Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help us grow our local presence and bring the TherAnnu brand to life.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys creating content, connecting with the community, organizing events and turning marketing ideas into action.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the TherAnnu website through Wix, including promotions, service information, location details and staff profiles.
- Assist in developing monthly promotions and create supporting materials, including social media content, flyers, in-spa signage and email campaigns.
- Create and distribute weekly email newsletters to members and other clients.
- Create and schedule engaging, on-brand social media posts highlighting our locations, services, providers, promotions, client experiences and community involvement.
- Photograph staff members, write engaging staff biographies and keep website profiles current.
- Coordinate with TherAnnu’s marketing agency on paid advertising through Facebook, Google and other platforms by providing current offers, images, content and location-specific information.
- Plan, organize and help implement in-house events, community events, open houses and other local marketing initiatives.
- Represent TherAnnu at selected community events, which may occasionally take place during evenings or weekends.
- Conduct weekly community outreach for both locations by visiting local businesses, healthcare providers, gyms and community organizations to distribute materials and build referral relationships.
- Help plan, organize and implement grand-opening activities for new TherAnnu locations.
- Assist with preparation, hospitality and on-site activities for Franchisee Confirmation Days.
- Support future franchise growth by helping organize marketing resources and create reusable, brand-approved promotional materials.
- Maintain organized marketing calendars, community contact lists, event plans and promotional materials.
- Track outreach activities, events, email performance, social media activity and other marketing efforts, and provide a brief monthly report.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, social media, communications, community outreach or a related role is preferred.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Comfortable creating polished content using Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Wix, email-marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools is preferred.
- Comfortable taking photographs and creating basic short-form video content.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable approaching local businesses and representing TherAnnu at community events.
- Able to work independently, follow through on assignments and take initiative.
- Willing and able to work from both the Westminster and Odenton locations.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally are required.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability for events is required.
