Now Hiring Bartenders – Full & Part-Time
Chillingham’s Steak is seeking experienced, professional bartenders to join our team. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, provide exceptional guest service, and take pride in creating a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to bar and dining room guests
- Maintain knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and featured cocktails
- Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest tabs
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required
- Steakhouse, upscale casual, or fine dining experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- TIPS Certification preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
