Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Journeyman (Service Technician) to join our dynamic maintenance and repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of Residential Split systems, Minisplits, package units; Light commercial is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on multiple brands of HVAC equipment.

- Skills
- Proven experience working as a HVAC Service Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC equipment and multiple applications
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools effectively for equipment repair and assembly.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in demanding environments; committed to safety standards at all times.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
