Hello,
I am a young woman living independently with the help of 24-hour staff. I have a very animal-friendly home; I have both cats and a dog. I am looking for caregivers who have experience working with people with spinal cord injuries or full-time wheelchair users. This winter was rough, and I am very much looking forward to getting out and about! For that reason, a driver's license is a must. I have a wheel chair accessible van, so don't worry about that part.I have some skilled care tasks, but the majority of my needs are helping maintain the house, meal prep, shopping, pharmacy runs, and personal care tasks (bathing, etc.).
I tend to be up most of the night and sleep during the day, so my NOC shifts are not your typical NOC shift. My shifts run 10a-10p and 10p-10a
Pay ranges from $18-20/hour depending on the shift
I am a part of a self-directed Medicaid program that allows me to employ my own staff, and I also have a 3rd party who processes my payroll for me.
Please reach out if you are interested in this position!
