Waner Construction is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Superintendent.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Schedule and coordinate daily onsite construction activities
- Maintain labor controls and coordination of field forces
- Project site layout and verification
- Field purchasing and verification of all material deliveries to the project
- Quality control and review of the construction of the project
- Verify that all work is performed in accordance with all local and federal codes and ordinances and the construction documents
- Attend project meetings with Owner, Architect, Management Team and Subcontractors
- Perform weekly project safety inspections and meetings
- Assist Management Team, Owner and Architect with project closeout process
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering 4 Year B.S. Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Surveying experience preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
