JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION: Holley by the Sea Improvement Association, Inc. (HBTS) is a large Homeowner's Association (HOA) in Navarre, FL. There are over 4,700 lots/parcels within the HOA. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for reviewing all lots/parcels within the HBTS Community to determine if the covenants, rules, and policies are being adhered to. If a violation is found, the Compliance Specialist is responsible for documenting the violation and following the established violation process. The Compliance Specialist may also be involved in the inspection of lots/parcels regarding exterior home improvements, new residential builds/structures, and estoppels. This position is very detail oriented. This position requires a valid driver's license and the candidate selected will spend a large portion of their shift driving a company vehicle.
What you'll accomplish:
- Conduct weekly inspections utilizing online programs to track, document, and notify homeowners of compliance issues weekly, or at the direction of the Board of Directors
- Providing information, assistance, materials, and education to new and existing homeowners regarding compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and inspections made
- Coordinate violation reporting and tracking process, including verification, notification, file maintenance, and follow-up
- Assist homeowners with understanding the Architectural guidelines and requirements and guide them through the submittal process
- Greet all homeowners upon entry and answer questions as needed
- Creating, updating, and maintaining reports as needed

- A working knowledge of both the legal process for the community in regards to fines, assessments, liens and the state statutes regarding due process is preferred, the ability to learn this is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
