We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our surplus lines commercial insurance office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organized, and delivers excellent customer service. This is a non-sales position with no production quotas.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not necessary
- Strong with numbers and accuracy
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel needed)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with surplus lines policy renewals
- Provide timely, accurate service to agents and clients
- Support underwriting and account management teams
- Maintain organized and accurate policy and client files
- Communicate with carriers, agents, and internal departments
