Sales Director for Kings Cups — Los Angeles, CA
Kings Cups is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for managing inbound leads, developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and helping shape our sales strategy. Local candidates in the Los Angeles area are preferred, but we are also open to remote candidates for the right fit.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST
- No evening shift on Fridays
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant, café, and foodservice clients
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer presentations
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
- Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Help improve sales processes and contribute to the company's long-term growth strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in packaging, foodservice, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus
Compensation
- Competitive base salary based on experience
