Aqua-Tots Ahwatukee is looking for year-round swim instructors and team member to join our community! This is a great company with a supportive and growth-driven culture, as well as a relationship-oriented customer experience. No swimming experience is required as we have paid training, certification, and provide the curriculum for all of our instructors!
Aqua-Tots is great for those who like a consistent work schedule, as following training you maintain a set schedule each week. No shifts run later than 8:30pm throughout the week, no later than 4:00pm on Saturdays, and we will remain closed every Sunday.
The swim instructor role is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.
Swim Teacher Benefits:
- Year-round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 35 hours per week (we are seeking team players who are looking for longevity as we are not currently offering seasonal positions)
