Duties
- Oversee nightly hotel operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage front desk responsibilities using multi-line phone systems, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and excellent guest relations.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and guest accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Address guest needs promptly and courteously, resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive guest relations.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and managing access control procedures.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational transparency and accountability.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest requests professionally.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Previous resort or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding hospitality standards and guest expectations.
