Provide hands-on patient care and track progress like the pro you are
Create nursing plans within state scope, facility guidelines, and provider direction
Administer meds safely, accurately, and in line with clinical + correctional standards
Carry out treatment plans with consistency and compassion
Respond to emergencies, assessments, and anything requiring fast clinical judgment
