Our office will be interviewing for a customer service representative. With this position, you will be one of the first points of contact for our company. Duties include offering support across the organization. You will welcome and greet people who visit our office and coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and directing phone calls.
The successful candidate should have a pleasant personality, lots of energy and have a willingness to work hard. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Hired candidate will be required to obtain their property/casualty insurance license.
