Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, maintaining proper food handling procedures.
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members using clear and professional language to ensure seamless service flow.
- Help manage guest needs by responding promptly to requests and providing friendly, attentive customer service.
- Support banquet or special event setups as required, including bussing tables and assisting with guest services.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing is a plus.
- Experience in bussing, food running, or supporting banquet events enhances your candidacy.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is advantageous for supporting food preparation tasks.
- A background in hospitality or hotel services can provide valuable insights into guest satisfaction standards.
