LVMH Fashion Group is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Generalist to join our North America HR team.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner, the HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting employees and managers, guiding performance and policy matters, and helping shape an exceptional employee experience across the region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Facilitate mediations and discussions to resolve workplace disputes effectively.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all employee relations cases.
HR Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Educate employees and managers on company policies and legal requirements.
Performance Management:
- Support managers in addressing performance issues, including drafting performance improvement plans (PIPs) and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with managers to conduct performance reviews and facilitate goal setting.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Enact solutions from analytical data to drive team retention and reduce turnover, primarily in the retail department
Talent Acquisition:
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes, partnering with candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless employee experience.
- Assist with internal transfers, promotions, and employee movement process.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and analytics as needed.
- Support other HR functions and initiatives as required.
The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000- $95,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
