Evening Client Care Representative
We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Evening Client Care Representative to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fun, high-energy environment and love interacting with kids and families, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday Evenings 2:30-6:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet families and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist with class check-ins, registrations, and payments
- Answer questions about programs, schedules, and upcoming events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front area
- Support staff and management with light administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Google suite
- Billing/Receiving
- Familiar with CRM software (Customer Resource Management)

Peak Kids is a Children's recreation center specializing in Gymnastics and tumbling. We also offer preschool, kids camps, cheer, swimming and other recreational programs. We run 700-1200 kids through our facility on a weekly basis. This is a fast paced work environment dealing with staff, kids, and parents all at the same time.
