We're a small, client-focused health insurance agency serving individuals and families across Oklahoma. Our team works remotely from the Irvine, CA area and we're growing. We're looking for a motivated new agent to join us part time now, with a full time opportunity during Open Enrollment.
The Opportunity
This is a ground floor apprenticeship designed for a newly licensed agent who wants real world experience inside a working agency. You'll shadow, learn, and contribute — and by November you'll be an integral part of one of the busiest seasons in health insurance. This isn't just a support role — if you're looking to grow your own book of business, the training will cover the full qualification, quoting, and enrollment process for both Oklahoma and California health insurance clients.
July – October (Part Time)
- 2 hours per week
- Paid training and shadowing
- Learn the full qualification, quoting, and enrollment process for Oklahoma and California markets
- Ideal for agents looking to build their own book of business long term
November – December (Full Time, 40hrs/week)
- Answer inbound client calls from Oklahoma clients
- Schedule appointments
- Handle basic customer service questions
- Assist with renewals and Open Enrollment support
What We're Looking For
- Active health insurance license required — Oklahoma and/or California license a plus
- Newly licensed agents strongly encouraged to apply
- Warm, professional, and reliable communicator
- Comfortable on the phone with clients
- Must be local to the Irvine, CA area
- Ambitious agents who want to eventually grow their own book of business are especially encouraged to apply
