Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience demonstrating leadership
- Strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years
- Effective experience managing P&L statements of $2M+
- Independent learners eager to work their way up within the company
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to move up the ranks
