We're Controlled Chaos, a curly hair care brand featured on Shark Tank. We're expanding into B2B — selling wholesale salon and barbershop packages of our products. We need someone who can build and run a LinkedIn-driven lead pipeline of salons, barbershops, and beauty distributors and book qualified conversations for our team.
What You'll Do
- Build targeted prospect lists of salon owners, barbershop chains, and beauty/grooming distributors using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Write and run personalized LinkedIn + email outreach sequences
- Qualify leads against our ideal customer profile and book sales calls
- Manage and clean lead data in a CRM/spreadsheet
- Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and booked meetings
Must-Have Experience (please don't apply without this)
- Proven B2B lead generation results on LinkedIn (Sales Navigator + outreach)
- Direct experience selling to or working with salons, barbershops, or the hair care / beauty industry — this is required, not a nice-to-have
- Hands-on with lead tools (e.g., Apollo, Wiza, Evaboot, or similar) for list building and email enrichment
- Strong written English and personalized (non-spammy) outreach copy
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach limits and account-safety best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience selling wholesale, distribution, or B2B beauty/grooming products
- Multi-channel outreach (WhatsApp, email, cold calling)
- Experience in international markets (e.g., India, Pakistan, Philippines)
- CRM setup and pipeline management
